Self-Contained Apartments

If you would like to do your own catering or intend on spending more time at home then full kitchens and larger living areas make our self contained apartments the ones for you. Most kitchens have dishwashers and most apartments also have their own laundry facilities. All have TV and DVD player and most have stereos too.

All apartments in Cedarwood have a private balcony with a gas BBQ on it for guests to use and gas is provided free.

Apartment 2 

has a large balcony with BBQ, 2 bathrooms (one with laundry), and 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a splitable king bed.

Full kitchen, with a bar sized fridge, microwave convection oven, electric cooktop and dishwasher.

This Apartment sleeps a maximum of 4.

Studio S/C Apartment 5 

has a balcony with BBQ, studio style living area which also has a splitable king bed, leather sofa, dining table, and chairs. The galley kitchen has a 2 burner cooktop above a small toaster oven, microwave, toaster, kettle & 200lt fridge. There are dining table and chairs for 4 and a comfy leather sofa as well.

There is also an all in one washing machine/tumble dryer under the kitchen bench.

Apartment 8 

has a balcony with BBQ, Comfortable lounge area, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom with a queen bed in it. The additional beds are in one end of the living area that don't have to be packed up each day. The full kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutler for 6 plus dishwasher and 2 microwave convection ovens. The laundry is located in the entry area and has washing machine and tumble dryer.

Apartment 9 

has a balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with a splitable king bed in it The additional beds are in one end of the living area that don't have to be packed up each day. The laundry is located in the entry area and has washing machine and tumble dryer.

Apartment 10 

has a balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom which has a single bunk plus single bed with pull out single trundle bed under it. The additional splitable queen bed is in one end of the living area that don't have to be packed up each day. The full kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutler for 6 plus dishwasher and microwave convection oven. The laundry is located in the entry area and has washing machine and tumble dryer.

This Apartment sleeps a maximum of 6.

Apartment 11 

has a large balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with a single bunk plus a trio bunk that has a double bed with a single bed above it. The full kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, microwave convection oven and electric cooktop also has plenty of cutlery and crockery for 5 people.

This Apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 adults but can fit 2 adults with 3 small children. The total maximum for this apartment is 5.

Apartment 12 

has a balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom, an upstairs bedroom that sleeps 2 in a splitable king bed, and there is another 2 beds trundle style in the living area. The living area has a leather sofa, dining setting for 4 and the kitchen. The kitchen has an electric stove with oven, large sized fridge, and microwave. There is no dishwasher and the laundry facilities are in the entry.

This apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people.

Apartment 13 

Is the latest to be refurbished, has a balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom, upstairs bedroom with a splitable king bed and iPod dock/stereo. In the living area there is a fold down double bed that saves space, leather sofa & arm chair, plus iPod dock/stereo. The well equipped kitchen has plenty of pots & pans, an electric cooktop, large fridge, microwave convection oven, Asko dishwasher, and dining setting for 4. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the entry.

This apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people.

Apartment 14

has a balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom, an upstairs bedroom that sleeps 2 in a splitable king bed, and there is another 2 beds trundle style in the living area. The living area has a leather sofa, dining setting for 4 and the kitchen. The kitchen has a large fridge, dish drawer, microwave/ convection oven and a 4 burner cooktop. The washing machine and dryer are in the entry area.

This apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people.

Apartment 15 

Has a large balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom, an upstairs bedroom that sleeps 3 in a trio bunk, and a splitable king size bed in one end of the living area that doesn't have to be packed up each day. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, cook top and microwave convection oven. The laundry facilities are in the entry area.

This apartment can sleep a maximum of 4-5 people

Apartment 16 

has a balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom plus a 2nd toilet in separate laundry. It has 3 bedrooms 2 upstairs with a trio bunk in one, and the other has a trio bunk and a single bed. The downstairs bedroom has a splitable king bed in it and access to one of the upstairs bedrooms is through here. The full kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher microwave/convection oven, and electric cooktop.

The living area has heaps of seating on the lounge and around the dining setting. The balcony has great views to Mt Spion Kopje.

This apartments sleeps a maximum of 8 -9 people.

Apartment 17 

has a balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom and one bedroom upstairs which has a double bed and a single bunk. In the large living area there is a fold out sofa (suitable for 1 child or small adult only), and dining setting for 4. The full kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave convection oven, 2 burner cook top and the washing machine and tumble dryer.

This apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people.

Apartment 18

has a balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom and one bedroom upstairs which has a splitable queen bed and a single bed. In the large living area there is a tilt away queen bed, books, games stereo & iPod dock, & dining setting for 6. The full kitchen has heaps of pots & pans, a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave convection oven, 2 burner cook top and the washing machine and tumble dryer.

This apartment can sleep a maximum of 5 people.

Apartment 19 

2 bedrooms one with splitable king and the other with single bunks + single bed with extra pull out single under it. It has 2 bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen with microwave convection oven, dishwasher, 2 burner cook top, a full size fridge, and washing machine & tumble dryer. There is a large living area with dining space for 6, plenty of lounge seating and includes stereo & iPod dock.

Apartment 20 

Its huge! 140m2 in fact! This apartment is the highest in Falls Creek and amongst the highest above sea level in Australia.

With a large balcony & BBQ, 2 separate living areas, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities, 3 bedrooms the first down stairs has a splitable king bed, the second upstairs has the same, and the third has a single bunk plus a trio bunk (sleeps 3). The well stocked kitchen has a massive fridge, cooktop, microwave, wall oven and dishwasher. This apartment has everything you need. It is spread over 2 levels and right at the top of the building where you have the highest views in Falls Creek at over a mile high!

This apartment can sleep 8-9 people.

Apartment 23 

has a balcony with BBQ, 1 bathroom and one bedroom which has a Queen bed in it. In the very roomy living area there is a single bed which pulls out from under the huge comfy couch, and dining for 4-6. The full kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven & 2 burner cook top. The laundry facilities are in the bathroom.

This premium apartment can sleep a maximum of 3 people.

Apartment 24 

has a large balcony with BBQ, 2 bedrooms each with a splitable king bed, 1 large bathroom with laundry facilities in it. The roomy open plan living and kitchen area has dishwasher, cooktop, microwave convection oven, large fridge and dining for 4. Large windows allow great views and fantastic natural sun light.

This apartment can sleep 4 people.

Apartment 25 

has a balcony with BBQ, 2 bedrooms which each have a splitable king bed in them, 2 large en-suite bathrooms one of which houses the laundry facilities. The fully stocked kitchen & dining area has dishwasher, cooktop, microwave convection oven & large fridge. Large windows in the lounge area allow great views and fantastic natural light and there is seating for 4.

Access is from the East end entry.

Apartment 26

has a BBQ area easily accessed in summer and snow dependant in winter, 2 bedrooms which each have a splitable king bed in them, plus additional 2x single beds/or king in one end of the living area that you dont have to pack up. 1 large en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom and the second bathroom is off the kitchen and houses the laundry facilities. There is a roomy fully stocked kitchen & dining area which has dishwasher, wall oven, 4 burner cooktop, microwave convection oven & large fridge. Large windows in the lounge area allow great views and fantastic natural light and there is seating for 6.

Access is from the entry foyer and the airlock ensures that you hear no noise from the entry at all.

Apartment 27 

this very large apartment at 115m2 has a balcony with BBQ, 3 bedrooms 2 with splitable king beds in them and the third has 3 sets of single bunks. There are 3 en-suite bathrooms, one which has the laundry facilities, and a massive open plan living/kitchen/dining area. The fully stocked kitchen has dishwasher, microwave convection oven, cooktop and full size fridge, electric frying pans, slow cooker etc. etc.

Access is from the East end entry.

This apartment can sleep a maximum of 10 people.

Lakeside Vista Holiday Home - Mount Beauty - Off Mountain

Located in Mt Beauty only 30-45 minutes drive from Falls Creek this 2 bedroom home is just what you need if you are looking for accommodation in Mt Beauty. In the heart of Mt Beauty it is close to shops, amenities, airfield and parklands and jsut across the road from the Lake, picnic area, childrens play area, BMX track and skate park.

Fully renovated it sleeps 6 - 7 people comfortably in 2 bedrooms plus the sunroom/study. Large bathroom with a second toilet off the laundry.

Large corner block with plenty of parking and a new garden and you can help yourself to fresh herbs depending on the season you visit.

 

This house sleeps a maximum of 7 people.

 

Booking Terms and Conditions

Cedarwood Management Services strongly recommend that guests have ambulance cover and take out travel insurance for their holiday to Falls Creek. Aussie Travel Insurance offers cover for snow holidays so try them on 1800 888 448.


Once you decide to stay at Cedarwood you will be required to pay a 50% deposit when making your booking. Payments are usually made by direct deposit into our account over the internet, or with a credit card over the telephone (please note a 3% card fee is added to all amounts processed via EFTPOS). The remaining balance if your booking fee is due no less than 45 days prior to your arrival date at Cedarwood. Once again this is usually done via direct deposit or with a credit card over the telephone. If your arrival date is less than 45 days after the booking date you will be required to pay the full amount on booking unless other arrangements are made.

 

Cancellation Policy: Should for some reason you have to cancel your booking a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking fee will be charged. If you cancel more than 45 days before your arrival date a full refund of the monies paid less the cancellation fee will be given. If you cancel less than 45 days before your arrival date a refund less the cancellation fee will only be paid if the apartment is filled for the period that you have booked it. If the apartment is filled for part of the booked period you will receive a partial refund less the cancellation fee. If the booking is not re filled no refund will be given.


No Snow Policy: in the event that during the designated snow season Falls Creek is unable to open 3 runs for snow sports our no snow policy comes into effect 48 hours prior to your arrival date. If we do not have 3 runs open for snow sports guests have the option at this point and only at this point and no later to transfer their booking to later that same season or to the following summer season. No transfer fee applies unless the dates are changed a second time or more and transfers are subject to availability.
